Game Overview for Turball.io
Turball.io is a free 3D car soccer game developed by Era54 and released in October 2026. It runs in a browser on desktop, mobile, and tablet. The idea feels familiar if you have played Rocket League: drive a rocket-powered car, hit a giant ball, and score before the other team does.
Matches range from 1v1 to 4v4. You can play Casual or Competitive modes, face AI, or practice alone. Hoops, Snow Day, and Rumble also change the usual soccer rules.
Gameplay in Turball.io
The controls looked simple during my first few matches, but hitting the ball cleanly at speed took more practice than expected. Chasing every touch was my biggest mistake. I had better results when I stayed behind the play and waited for a loose ball.
Boost management matters too. Empty your boost on every attack, and you may have nothing left for the next save.
Positioning: Stay between the ball and your goal when defending.
Boost: Save some for recovery instead of using the full tank at once.
Powerslide: Use it for quick turns after missing a shot.
Aerials: Practice timing in Free Play before trying difficult airborne shots.
Training: Repeat dribbles, passes, and launches until basic touches feel predictable.
Daily missions, weekly challenges, the Turball Pass, and car customization give you goals outside individual matches.
